When life feels overwhelming, confidence feels shaky, or pressure starts to take over, it can be hard to know what to do next. 

STEADY is a 4-week signature program designed to help teen girls, young women, and athletes fell calmer, stronger, and more grounded in who they are.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, a life transition, academic pressure, or simply trying to figure yourself out, STEADY helps you to develop the tools to move forward with confidence.

Who STEADY is for

STEADY is for girls who are

This is not just about “coping” but helping you feel steady in who you are.

 


How the Process Works

Option 1: STEADY 1:1 Intensive

A private 4-week experience for girls who need focused support.

Includes:

  •   4 weekly 60-minute sessions

  • Personalized confidence and transition plan

  •   STEADY Workbook

  •   Reflection Prompts

  •   Nervous system tools

  •   EFT Tapping Support

  •   Performance Mindset tools

Investment - $697

After 4 weeks, you may continue with Athlete Performance Coaching individual sessions as needed.

 

Option 2: Seasonal STEADY Cohorts

A small group experience built on connection and support.

Includes:

  •   5 weekly sessions

  •   6 girls max

  •   STEADY Workbook and refection tools

  •   EFT Tapping and regulation skills

  •   Confidence building

  •   Group connection

Offered during:

  •   Summer

  •   Winter off season

Private/Custom groups offered throughout the year for clubs or self-formed groups of six

What is the Difference Between Counseling and Coaching?

Therapy consists of working through different emotions, behaviors, and trauma to manage anxiety. Coaching is more goal-oriented and focuses on learning the necessary skills to transition between different stages of life.
